Ms. Gong is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in alternative investments, M&A, and sustainability. Her expertise spans real assets, private equity, and growth capital, with a focus on real estate, renewable energy, and financial services.
Throughout her career, Ms. Gong has held leadership positions at prominent firms including LaSalle Investment Management, Allianz Real Estate, Mizuho Bank, and GE Capital. She has consistently demonstrated her ability to manage large portfolios, execute significant transactions, and drive sustainability initiatives.
Ms. Gong holds an MBA from the University of Hertfordshire, a BA in Japanese from Shanghai International Studies University, and has been a CFA Charterholder since 2004. Fluent in Chinese, Japanese, and English, she brings a global perspective to investment, risk and portfolio management in alternative investments.
